Pricing Conditions

All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges.

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, any additional services you choose (e.g. saturday delivery), plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable, we may offer you an alternative but will contact you to prior to dispatch.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, and Solo. Payment is deducted when we process your order.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Returns and Refunds
If you need to return a product purchased from Alistair Black then you have 28 working days to do so. However you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind.

The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 8 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Alistair Black website, by phoning us on Company Phone Number.

Delivery and Postage Information

Delivery
Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. Alistair Black only deliver to the United Kingdom (the Channel Islands and, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands will incur additional charges). All deliveries must be signed for. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
