May- The birthstone for this month is Emerald, this stone is a vivd green colour and was linked to good health and the healing of ailments, as well as being associated with seeing in to the future, giving them a magical and bewitching feeling.

June- The birthstone for this month is Pearl, this is normally a light cream coloured gem and is linked to chastity and modesty making it an angelic and pure birthstone. They are also said to help bring happiness and success to marriages.

July- The birthstone for this month is Ruby, This stone is  deep fiery red in colour and is traditionally linked with harmony and protection. It is belived that kings and leaders used this stone for centuries as it was a stone of wise choices and decisions.

August- The birthstone for this month is Peridot, coming in lime green in colour this stone was said to protect you from evil and night terrors and be a great emotional healer and help you with forgiveness.

September- The birthstone for this month is Sapphire, This stone has always been very popular in stunning blue and it was believed the deeper the colour the more faithful and honest the wearer however it does come in a beautiful array of colours including pink, yellow and green and has been linked with purity and foresight.

October- The birthstone for this month is Opal, usual coming in white you can see many other colours running through them, this stone is said to bring hope, innocence and purity and also had healing forces of friendship and emotion.

Novemver- The birthstone for this month is Topaz, coming in a rangle of colours from blue,green, pink yellow and many others. Once linked with healing, sanity and life as well as the ancient Greeks believing it was connected with strength and even thought it had the ability to make the wearer invisable in dangerous situations.

December- The birthstone for this month is Turquoise, usually coming in a mid-blue but they shade can vary slightly. It was once to linked to happines, luck and the future.
